Seven accused in the Malegaon blast case, including Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, were on Monday remanded in judicial custody till December 3 by a MCOCA court.

The accused alleged that they had been tortured by ATS officials while they were in their custody and by police officials in jail.

Eleven people have been arrested so far for their involvement in the September 29 blast in which six persons were killed and over 80 injured.
