Acting on a tip-off, the police laid a trap and arrested Mohan Singh alias Jubraj Singh of Akola, Maharashtra, and recovered 60 kg ganja from him which he was carrying in two bags in a Tata Sumo. Police arrested him under the NDPS Act and sized his vehicle.
