A MAN succumbed to the injuries he sustained after his vehicle met with an accident near the Bharat Nagar under the Habibganj police station area on Saturday night.
According to police, Tanmay Dutta, 38, was going towards Trilanga on his scooter after midnight. He was under the influence of liquor and probably lost control over the vehicle.

The scooter fell down and Dutta who dragged with it for some distance was injured in the head. He was admitted to a private hospital, where he succumbed later. He hailed from Indore and worked for a private company, police said. Investigations are on.
