Maoists blew up the two-storeyed panchayat bhawan in Lohardaga district of Jharkhand, police said on Thursday.
After the incident on Tuesday night, police recovered handwritten pamphlets from the explosion site claiming it was a revenge attack following the killing of 10 Maoists in Chatra last week.
