Maytas Infra accepts resignations of 3 directors

Maytas Infra Ltd's board has accepted resignations of three directors at a meeting, the infrastructure firm said in a statement to stock exchanges over the weekend.

Maytas Infra Ltd's board has accepted resignations of three directors at a meeting on Friday, the infrastructure firm said in a statement to stock exchanges over the weekend.

C.S Bansal, R.C Sinha and P.K Madhav have resigned from the board but Bansal continues to hold the position of President- Transportation and Oil & Gas Sector, the company said.

B Narasimha Rao has been appointed as additional director with effect from Jan 30, it added.

Sinha, who was chairman and Madhav, chief executive of the Satyam-linked construction company, had resigned in January.

R. P Raju, independent director, and B Teja Raju, vice chairman, continue on the board, according to the website of Maytas Infra.

Maytas Infra is founded by the family of Ramalinga Raju, former chairman of fraud-hit Satyam Computer Services Ltd.
