Media Video plans IT park in G'gaon

The real estate division of Media Video is going to set up a Rs 200 crore IT park in Gurgaon.

The real estate division of Media Video Ltd, MVL, said on Monday that it is going to set up a Rs 200 crore IT park in Gurgaon.

The IT park, 'Softech Village', scheduled to be completed in 24 months would add about Rs 40-50 crore to MVL's bottom line during the next 2 years.

The park located on the NH-8 expressway would offer four lakh sq ft space to the IT and IT-enabled services firms.

"MVL has entered into real estate market to accomplish its vision of becoming a Rs 1000 crore company in next five years," MVL CMD Prem Adip Rishi said in a statement.
