Militant hideout unearthed in J&K

Army today unearthed a hideout and recovered arms and ammunition in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police spokesman said.

On specific intelligence inputs, troops unearthed the hideout during a search operation in Nilla Dhok area of Kandi belt of Rajouri.

112 AK rounds, 8 Pika rounds, 1 AK magazine, 8 security force combat uniforms and a coat, 6 pairs of shoes, 4 pherans (Kashmiri garment), 2 stoves, 3 civil bags, one blood pressure machine,4 mobile chargers, a litre of Kerosene oil, 25 Kgs rice, besides utensils and medicines were recovered from there, police added.
