MADHYA PRADESH Laghu Vetan Karmchari Sangh (MPLVKS) held a demonstration for fulfilling pending demands and getting the post of assistant director of higher education filled at the earliest. After the demonstrations a memorandum regarding the same was also submitted to officials today.
Sangh district president Ravishankar Shukla said that employees of government colleges under the purview of the department Holkar Science, Sanskrit, GACC and Old and New GDC participated in this demonstration in large numbers. A memorandum asking for filling the post of additional director in the said department formed top priority on the list of demands stated in the memorandum.
The then official Lokesh Aggarwal was transferred due to political reasons to Bhopal and Holkar Science College principal Dr YN Pendharkar was given the extra charge.
However, he recently took voluntary retirement and now the additional charge has been handed over to the next senior most principal of GACC Dr RN Mishra, resultantly the working of the department was suffering.
