Eleven personnel from a security service were arrested by the police after they destroyed property at the Godrej Baug housing society's office at Napean Sea road, police said.
Police officials said there was a pending dispute between the society managing committee and the security service over the payment of dues.
A group of 30 to 35 personnel from the security service today went to the office of the building's managing committee and assaulted about four to five persons and also threatened to kill them if the bills were not settled, police said.
All the injured persons were discharged after treatment at a nearby hospital, police said, adding that further investigations were on.
