The walkout came after BJP leader VK Malhotra made a statement wanting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to respond to reports regarding Justice SN Variava's statement inside the court that "someone" had sought change of the trial judge looking into the fodder scam.
The NDA members, led by BJP, walked out even as BJP's Sushil Modi was raising the issue of law and order situation in Bihar.
Modi, who continued to speak on the issue even as his party colleagues staged a walkout, demanded that a "neutral" advisor to the Bihar Governor be appointed soon by the government.
The protesting NDA members returned to their seats as Modi continued to speak.
