The scheme would help first-time buyers as they do not have to bear the double financial burden of paying house rent and interest rates on home loan.

The company expects sales revenue of Rs2,100 crore from the scheme, which is applicable on 16 housing and 4 commercial projects for the next 45 days.

“We are launching a new scheme, which will change the dynamics of the real estate business,” said Pradeep Jain, chairman, Parsvnath Developers, after while unveiling a new logo.

These 20 projects are located in Delhi, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Sonepat, Dharuhera, Moradabad, Ujjain, Saharanpur, Bhiwadi, Panchkula and Rajpura.

“We will be offering about 3,000 flats in this scheme in the price range of R1,750-20,000 per sq ft,” he said.
