"This is the largest revenue collection from a single land registration," DIG (Stamps) Vijay Deo Sharma said.

The land was registered at additional district magistrate (Finance) office because the land falls under two sectors and it could not be registered at sub-registrar office, Sharma said.
The plot, which is located in Sector 25 A and Sector 32, was allotted to Wave Infrastructure in March this year.
A multi-purpose project with residential, institutional and commercial setups would be developed by the private developer.
