The Crime Branch of Delhi Police sent notices to three Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MPs from Uttar Pradesh - Mitrasen Yadav (Faizabad), Ashok Rawat (Misrikh) and Mohammed Tahir Khan (Sultanpur) - and Ramswaroop Koli of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who represents Bayana in Rajasthan.

"Notices have been sent to the MPs following the allegations made by Sunder," a senior police official said.

Sunder Lal Yadav, a travel agent arrested on Saturday with Rajendra Kumar Gampa and their female accomplice Kiran Dhar, revealed in a city court that Khan and Koli were the central figures in the racket of smuggling people abroad on diplomatic passports of MPs' family members or forged documents.

During police interrogations, Sunder Lal Yadav also named Mitrasen Yadav, Rawat for their involvement in the racket.

"We have asked them to join the investigation process and they will be asked about their alleged involvement in the human trafficking case," the police official said.

"We are currently going through travel details of these MPs and after verifications of facts, further action will be considered," he added.
