Amid raging controversy between India and Pakistan over spy drone, National Conference (NC) working president and former chief minister Omar Abdullah said he owns one such gadget and took a jibe at Pakistan allegations.

"Exactly. I have one that I picked up from an airport some time ago. Didn't realise it's a defence grade drone :) (sic)" Abdullah wrote on Twitter.

Pointing at the pictures produced by Pakistan television of alleged drone being shot down on Wednesday, Abdullah said, "If that is the 'drone' that Pakistan is claiming they shot down, it looks like shaadi-film vala quad-copter."

"If THIS is the drone then our Def budget must really be very low. This is a Chinese toy available online also!!! (sic)," he added.

Relations between India and Pakistan took a nose dive since Wednesday amid claims by Pakistan army that it shot down a spy drone of Indian army, the charge refuted by Indian army.
