Opposition to new Metro alignment

Several residents of the city have turned against the DMRC's new proposed alignment for the Badarpur-Faridabad line. Most of these residents fear they will be dislocated from their homes.

The DMRC has almost finalised the Metro alignment-the left side of the Mathura Road from Badarpur. Its officials said, "This proposal should be acceptable to all, including the National Highway Authority of India."
