If "India feels it is not propagandist and that it has some information that suggests links with some people, some kind of connection, we will take action and help India investigate", said Foreign Office spokeswoman Tasnim Aslam. "At the same time nobody will be handed over."

Aslam termed as "propagandist" Mumbai Police commissioner AN Roy's assertion that the ISI masterminded the blasts and said Indian Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon had not said the ISI was involved.
