A PIL seeking registration of an FIR against former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and then Defence Minister Jaswant Singh was filed in the Delhi High Court on Saturday for allegedly "concealing information" about claims of a mole in the Prime Minister's Office during Narasimha Rao's tenure.

The petition, filed by an NRI Danish Ghafoor, also sought an inquiry either by the CBI or any other investigating agency to identify the alleged mole and prosecute him.
