Seeking to boost the morale of children, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday presented 17 National Bravery Awards.

Seeking to boost the morale of children, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday presented 17 National Bravery Awards asking them to stand up to tell the truth and be prepared to face the consequences.

“Bravery has several meanings. It is not confined only to fighting bad people. It does not only mean saving someone’s life.

However, bravery is telling the truth whatever be the consequences,” he said in a thought-provoking address while honouring them at his residence in the Capital.
