Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit flood-affected Nanded district in Marathwada region of Maharashtra on Friday, official sources said.

The Prime Minister will arrive at Nanded airport from Hyderabad at 3.10 pm and visit shelters built for flood-affected people, they said.

At 3.30 pm, he will address a meeting of senior government officials and review the flood situation in the state, the sources said.
The Prime Minister, who will also make an aerial survey of flood-hit areas, will leave for Hyderabad at 4.20 pm, they said.
