Madhya Pradesh police have arrested five dacoits from Delhi, for their alleged involvement in seven cases of dacoities in Indore in the recent months, police said in Indore on Tuesday.

The arrested persons were Bangladesh migrants, illegally living in Delhi, according to IG Indore, Shailendra Shrivastava.
The dacoits were arrested on Monday with the help of Delhi police and the Special Task Force (STF) he said.
As part of their modus operandi, the accused used to take a house on rent in the city where they planned robberies and after committing the crime, would disappear from the place.
Acting on information by a victim, police nabbed the five, identified as Mohammad Sultan, Kamal Nazurul, Illius, Sultan Mohammad alias Phukan and Muneer, police said adding that other gang members were absconding.
Police have recovered mobile phones, jewellery and other valuables from the accused and also released the sketch of one of the absconding dacoits, police added.
