The agitationists were led by BJP district president Kamal Gupta and HJC district president Randhir Panihar. They were demanding resignation of Naveen Jindal in the wake of
an FIR registered against him in coalgate scam.

Meanwhile, the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) activists burnt the effigy of Mr Naveen Jindal at Jindal Chowk here.
