A police sub-inspector was shot dead and his service revolver looted by three assailants in Firozabad, police said on Tuesday.

A police sub-inspector was shot dead and his service revolver looted by three assailants in Firozabad, police said on Tuesday.
Rajveer Singh Yadav (48), who was posted at Rasoolpur police station, was shot dead at Kotre ki Thaar area late last night, Additional Superintendent of Police Daddanpal said.
According to eyewitnesses, the SI was involved in an altercation with the assailants before being killed.
