The plan will be executed in 36 towns of the state. A spokesman of the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam said after the computerisation of the record, consumers can avail the facility of online registration of complaints, correction of bills, payment of bills and collecting duplicate bills.

Informations like load shedding, tariff and amount of bill will also be available on websites of the corporations.

Information in this regard is being collected by HCL employees to feed the data centre. The HCL employees have provided forms for the survey. The spokesman said the survey is being carried out to provide data to the data centre for facilitating online facilities.

He urged the consumers to cooperate with HCL employees so that data is updated.
