A powerful bomb exploded near Kanglatombi bridge on the National Highway No 39 Imphal-Dimapur road, in Manipur's Imphal West district on Friday, official sources said.
None was injured. The bomb was suspected to have been planted by miltants against security personnel patrolling the area.
