A sessions court in Mumbai extended till January 10 the judicial custody of Pravin Mahajan, accused of killing his brother and BJP leader Pramod Mahajan.

Pravin, accused of shooting his brother on April 22, is currently in judicial custody and the prosecution is still to submit some material evidence in the case.
Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam said the prosecution would submit the remaining evidence to the court by the next hearing.
Police have filed a charge sheet in the case and the trial is set to begin once the prosecution submits all the material evidence to the court.
