President to address MP Assembly on July 17

The President's address was planned as part of the golden jubilee celebrations of state assembly being held this year.

President APJ Abdul Kalam will address the Madhya Pradesh Assembly on the opening day of its 12-day monsoon session on July 17.

The House will meet for 10 sittings during the session till July 28, Assembly Principal Secretary AK Payasi said in release.

Governor Balram Jakhar on Monday issued notification for convening the session, he said.
