President Pratibha Patil would visit Arunachal Pradesh in April to particpate in the silver jubilee function of the Rajiv Gandhi Central University in Itanagar.
Vice Chancellor KC Beliappa announced this at a function on the occasion of the 26th foundation day of the university on Wednesday.
