According to Pardeshipura police, Hitendra Yadav, a resident of Simrol Road, Nayapura, Mhow, came to pick up his uncle from his residence at street number two, Pardeshipura as they were to visit one of their properties in Gauri Nagar.

As soon as the duo emerged from the house they were accosted by the group of five persons, who started threatening them over some property dispute pending in the court. Yadav asked them not to create a scene in front of the house and accompany him to some place where they could amicably talk over the matter.

Yadav then started his bike and speeded away. The five persons then chased after then and opened fire on them with country-made revolvers. No one was injured in the incident, as the shots missed their mark.
