Rahul case: Police to take Sahil Zaroo to Mumbai

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kamini Lau directed Mumbai police authorities to formally arrest Sahil.

A Delhi court on Tuesday granted Mumbai police two days transit remand for taking Sahil Zaroo, co-accused in the Rahul Mahajan drug abuse case, to the metropolis in connection with a theft and criminal assault case in Mumbai.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kamini Lau directed Mumbai police authorities to formally arrest Sahil in New Delhi and produce him before the court concerned in Mumbai on or before June 22.

She also directed that Sahil be medically examined before taking him to Mumbai and observed that he should be produced in New Delhi as and when his presence is needed in connection with Rahul's case.
