Rahul Gandhi to visit Puducherry tomorrow

AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will declare open a cricket stadium and interact with students of Pondicherry University at Kalapet near Puducherry on Friday.

The stadium and allied infrastructure had been constructed by the University at a cost of Rs two crore, Director of Culture and Cultural Studies Department in the University, Professor A Balasubramanian said.

The interaction programme is organised by National Students Union of India (NSUI).

This is Rahul Gandhi`s second visit to Puducherry.

He had held such a meeting with students during his earlier visit about a year ago.
