The desert state of Rajasthan has so far received 11.7% above average rainfall during the current monsoon season, a Met official said.

"This year, we have so far recorded 211.7cm rainfall which is 11.7% above than average rainfall of 190.7cm.

The entire season is likely to be good for the state this year," he said.
Meanwhile, areas of Naseerabad, Lalsot and Laxmangarh recorded 26, 17 and 15 (all in cm) rainfall during the last 24 hours.
Rains would continue at some places in the state during next 24 hours, as per the forecast.
