Ramani's plea: HC asks police to file objection

The Delhi High Court on Thursday asked the city police to file its objection and replies on an appeal moved by Bina Ramani, socialite and key witness in the Jessica Lall murder, seeking permission to go abroad for a marriage ceremony.
A Division Bench of Justice Manmohan Sarin and Justice Manju Goel, while passing the direction, posted the matter for further hearing to Friday.
