Ratan Tata, Beni Santoso congratulate Buddhadeb

Ratan Tata and Beni Santoso congratulated Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee for emerging victorious in the state assembly elections.

Tata Sons chairman Ratan Tata and chief executive of Indonesia'a Salim Group Beni Santoso on Thursday congratulated West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee for emerging victorious in the state assembly elections.

Bhattacharjee told reporters here that both Tata and Santoso had called him up to congratulate him.

He said that managing director of Tata Motors Limited Ravi Kant would be calling on him tomorrow at the state secretariat to discuss the possibility of setting up an automobile manufacturing unit in the state.
