Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt and the crew of her spooky TV drama Ghost Whisperer got goose bumps during a recent late-night shoot, when a real spirit appeared on the set.
Love Hewitt, who plays Melinda Gordon's character - an antiques dealer who helps troubled spirits cross over - in the supernatural drama thriller, was filming a tense scene earlier this week, when crew members noticed movement in the shadows behind her.
The actress and her pals gathered around the monitor to watch the footage played back and were shaken to see what looked like a real spectre turning behind her for one fleeting moment on the monitor screen.
On comedienne Ellen Degeneres' show on January 12, 2007, the actress showed the unedited eerie footage that she had stored for family and friends' viewing.
"This just showed up on the footage and the editor, like, came up with chills on his arms and he was like, `I need somebody else to tell me that they're seeing this also,'" Contactmusic quoted her, as telling Degeneres.
"Seconds before that on the footage of the dailies, it's not there and it's not there afterwards. It was just there for that fleeting moment," she added.
