The body of the youth, who had gone to a local fair on October 13 was recovered from an agriculture field on Saturday triggering protest by locals and family members, who alleged that he was murdered.

Alleging laxity, they staged a traffic jam near Budhanpur for over two hours and clashed with police and pelted stones at the policemen.

A case against unknown persons has been registered and investigations were on, police sources said.
