Rs 300-crore projects to be initiated in Ambala

New projects involving investment of Rs 300 crore will be initiated in Ambala with Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda inaugurating some of these and laying foundation stones for others on October 31, an official spokesperson said here on Sunday.

New projects involving investment of Rs 300 crore will be initiated in Ambala with Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda inaugurating some of these and laying foundation stones for others on October 31, an official spokesperson said here on Sunday.

He added that the CM would inaugurate a newly-constructed railway overbridge costing `28 crore, a canal-based drinking water scheme and a Rs 255-crore sewage treatment plant, and would lay the foundation stone of a bus stand to be built at a cost of `12 crore.

The CM would also inaugurate a mega blood donation camp at Panchayat Bhawan, organised jointly by Ambala district administration and Health and Welfare Society.
