RSS on Saturday wished injured BJP General Secretary Pramod Mahajan a speedy recovery, Sangh General Secretary Mohan Bhagwat said on the first day of the brainstorming session of Sangh intellectuals in New Delhi that the tragic news has come as a shock.

Two of the participants -- BJP Vice-President Bal Apte and Vinay Sahastrbuddhe of the Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, which Mahajan had helped establish, were asked to proceed to Mumbai to visit Mahajan.
The two-day session, organised by the RSS Intellectual Wing Prajna Pravah, is being attended among others by RSS Chief KS Sudarshan and other senior Sangh functionaries.
