Taking a leaf out of Mahatma Gandhi's book, they will protest the apathy of civic authorities and the state government who they say are doing nothing to fix the collapsing infrastructure of 'Millennium City'.

The RWAs have decided not to pay property tax to the municipal corporation and maintenance charges to private developers if they fail to address water-logging and sanitation problems in 15 days, the power situation in three months and decongestion immediately.

Residents have had a harrowing time in the rains with water flooding entire homes in posh DLF City, Sushant Lok, Palam Vihar and other upmarket localities.

In contrast, there is very little water supplied to these homes.

"We are living on water supply from tankers," said Satish Kaushal, executive director, Ernst and Young, who lives in DLF Phase II.
