The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed an application seeking stay of Delhi High Court verdict quashing the charges against the Hinduja brothers in the Bofors pay-off case.

A bench headed by Justice HK Sema declined to entertain the application saying that the court had already admitted a petition challenging the May 31, 2005 verdict of the High Court.
