The calendar titled 'Ritucharya: Science of Protection of Health' was prepared in six months and throws light on what kind of food and life style goes well with a particular season, Head of the Ayurveda department Prof V K Joshi said.
"There are six seasons in a year and it is advisable to change the food pattern according to the changing seasons," Joshi said.
Dr Shivani Ghildiyal and her colleague Ramesh Chandra assisted Prof Joshi in this endeavour.
The University is planning to make the calendar public very soon.
