"Adequate police presence will be witnessed on city roads on the Valentine's day. Everybody has the right to freedom of expression and whoever takes the law in their hands will be dealt strictly," City Commissioner of police Hasan Gafoor said.
"Those who want to protest against anything can express themselves in a peaceful manner," Gafoor said.
The Shiv Sena party has already stated that it won't tolerate any form of vulgarity in the name of Valentine's day.
