"The Sena-BJP alliance is intact," Munde told reporters in Mumbai.
Earlier, the BJP leader visited Lilavati Hospital where Sena chief Bal Thackeray has been admitted following a brief illness.
The seat-sharing process between the two saffron parties would be completed within next 10-12 days, Munde said.
Munde's remarks have come in the wake of reports that the Sharad Pawar-led NCP may align with the Sena for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
