BSNL additional general manager MC Singh said to connect with people and to disseminate information about services; the company has opened a Facebook account - www.facebook.com/BsnlShimla. This page contained information about call plans, tariffs, internet plans and other services offered by BSNL, Singh added.

"People can give suggestions on this page and BSNL would consider valuable suggestion," he said. He added that BSNL also had a mobile number 959512345, on which via message, BSNL subscriber could avail other services and give suggestions.
