SME Expo Logistics begins from Aug 24

The SME Expo Logistics is the first of its kind platform for country's leading SMEs in the logistics industry to exhibit their products and network with relevant stakeholders, industry peers and the government.

SME Expo- Logistics 2006, a three-day exhibition, will be held from August 24 to 26, at the Nehru Centre, Worli.

The SME Expo Logistics is the first of its kind platform for country's leading SMEs in the logistics industry to exhibit their products and network with relevant stakeholders, industry peers and the government.

As part of the SME Expo, a two-day conference is also planned, in association with FICCI, which will features sessions to address important issues facing the logistics industry.

Leading industry opinion makers like S Rangnekar, Director, Shipping Corporation of India and RK Saboo, Deputy Managing Director, First Flight Couriers will be speaking at the seminar.

Worldwide SMEs are acknowledged as the drivers of the economy. Large corporate houses like ICICI Bank have understood the importance of the SME segment and have focused divisions examining the needs of this segment.

SME Expo Logistics 2006, presented by ICICI Bank is the first of the SME Expos planned across many industries. Tata Motors and DHL are the co-sponsors for this expo. Industry trade bodies like Bombay Goods Transport Associates (BGTA), Association of Multimodal Transporters of India (AMTOI), Federation of Freight Forwarders Association of India (FFFAI), Indian National Ship Owners Association (INSA) and BIA are supporting this expo.

The event is organised by INIS Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
