Under the new law, all cigarette packs and tobacco products will have to carry a skull-and-crossbones warning from February 1 next year, to pictorially drive home the deadly health risks of tobacco use.
The skeletal picture accompanied with the text “Tobacco Kills/Smoking Kills”” in bold letters has become mandatory under the notification of The Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Packing and Labelling) Rules, this month.
