A smuggler has been arrested and 13 kgs of poppy straw was recovered from his possession in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said here on Monday.
On specific information, police recovered 13 kgs of poppy straw and arrested 32-year-old Kishore Kumar alias Dodi from Ramgarh area of Samba district last evening, they said.
