Repeatedly sodomised by his three classmates, a Class 7 student of Delhi Public School, Rohtak, was about to jump off the terrace when his mother stopped him.

The crime came to light when the 12-year-old's mother found the suicide note.

"His classmates had been physically abusing him for the past several months and were now demanding Rs. 4,000 and a cellphone," she said.

The accused have been booked for sodomy. The police said further action would be taken after receiving the medical report.
