Talking to reporters on Wednesday, coal minister Jaiswal said that September 10 was the date by which his ministry was to have handed over the files to CBI.

Responding to a query on the violence in Muzaffarnagar district, the Congress leader said that the Uttar Pradesh government should leave no stone unturned in improving the law and order situation in the affected areas.
