He was speaking to local media persons here on Thursday at Manali Press club before inaugurating five day Manali Winter Carnival-2014. The Chief minister further categorically accused Dhumal family of hatching conspiracy against him besides some of the congress leaders. He alleged that Hamirpur MP Anurag thakur was launching, malicious propaganda against him in Delhi by issuing misleading statements only for the reason that the state govt had tightened its noose for a big scandal that took place in HPCA.

He said that misleading tirade against him was being launched by Anurag Thakur out of frustration. He added that when he took loan from the private company in question at that time he was not in power rather he was an Aam Admi at that time. He said that he had got the payment from the company through cheque and was also making repayment through cheque.

The CM said that investment of his kith and kins was in the share of the company which was less than even 1%. He said that his kith and kins were at liberty to make investment in white. To a query whether he would tender resignation from the post of chief minister if the charges against him were established he refused to resign adding that instead of resigning he would be ready to face any probe by the competent agency.
