Sonia to tour Ker in May

AICC co-ordinator for Kerala, Hanumanthappa, told reporters here on Tuesday that the AICC chief would campaign in the state either on May 5 or 6. She would be attending functions at Kozhikode, Kochi, Thiruvalla and Thiruvanathapuram.

On Antony's remark on CPI-M that it was an "outdated" party, Hanumanthappa said Antony made the statement considering the prevailing situation in the state.

Congress was co-operating with CPI-M at the national level as it stood for secularism, he added.
